We want you to love your Sima & Sid jewelry. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. To start a return, email info@simasiddesigns.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

A Note on Handmade Pieces

Because every item is handcrafted from natural and artisan beads, small variations in color, shape, and texture are part of the beauty — not defects.
