We want you to love your Sima & Sid jewelry. If something isn't quite right, we offer store exchanges.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. To start an exchange, email info@simasiddesigns.com with your order number.

Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred piece is unavailable, we will offer store credit.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges, both for returning the original piece and for delivery of the replacement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All sales are exchange-only under the terms above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

A Note on Handmade Pieces

Because every item is handcrafted from natural and artisan beads, small variations in color, shape, and texture are part of the beauty — not defects.
